Sequence Alignment(BLOSUM62): off on

FORMAT : PDBcode (lower alphabet) + Chain Identifier(upper alphabet)
When an entry contains only one chain, the chain identifier must be "-".
ex) Hemoglobin (4hhb) alpha chain -> "4hhbA", Myoglobin (1mbd) -> "1mbd-".
